FAQs about MPG
What is MPG?
MPG (MarketPlace Global) is a direct sales/ network marketing company specializing in health and wellness products, including pHix, pHit, NZ Fulvic, Elevate Her, and Emulin5. It is a private company owned by Randy and **. MPG operates in countries like the USA, Australia, Canada, UK, Singapore, Philippines, and is expanding to Europe and Mexico.
How do I contact MPG support?
Do not email MPG Support for questions that can be answered via the MPG website, AICE, or your upline; such as,
“Should someone go in my Right leg or Left leg?” It’s your choice, but as a principle of honor, try your best to keep people who know each other in the same leg. Then they can recruit the same people without feeling “cross-line” competition.
“When will I get paid?” Every week. Commissions are calculated at 11:59pm each Thursday and paid into your eWallet a week later.
“Where is my order?” You can track it in your Back Office.
“When will my favorite country launch?” Singapore opened on August 8, 2025. Denmark, The Netherlands and Mexico are coming soon.
Do not contact MPG Support for actions you can do in your own Back Office, such as updating your profile, or setting up your eWallet. Get into your Upline’s Telegram or WhatsApp group to ask general guidance.
Do email support@marketplaceglobal.com for issues like ISR placement changes, sponsor changes, missing products (after 14 days).
Why doesn’t MPG answer phone calls?
Why doesn’t MPG put on Big Events and recruiting incentives like free cruises?
It is not the best use of resources right now to take long phone calls. You may have noticed that crypto exchanges also moved away from tying up their staff and resources with long phone calls from amateur investors asking which alt coin is best and how to set up cold storage. Emailing is normal for online business.
Email actionable requests to support@marketplaceglobal.com. Every business goes through cycles. MPG is in an accelerated growth cycle, growing about 10x from 2024 to 2025. MPG does this without the high overhead of physical offices (other than in Minnesota), and without flashy launch events. While MPG grows by leaps and bounds, the focus of Corporate is on:
supplying Field (that’s all the ISRs) with the best science-backed botanicals to support your health,
improving the website and back office, and
shipping into new countries in compliance with all the rules and laws of each region.
MPG is not focused on opening new physical offices, throwing parties or giving cruise incentives at this time. Other companies focus on these because they pay their Field 30-35%. MPG, on the other hand, allocates 50% of the profits to ISRs. When there are leaders advances or Boot Camps, usually the ISRs (your upline) have privately organized them.
Like any growing enterprise, expect teething pain and be gracious. MPG may have delayed shipments or technical difficulties; let Support know as they wish to improve. MPG has a good Corporate and Support Team, but they cannot afford to take long phone calls or divert attention away from the ingredients of a successful online business.
